Securing of a marriage certificate where the celebration took place before the introduction of RAVIP, i.e. before 2017.

• RAVIP receipt or any document bearing the NPI of each spouse
• The primitive marriage certificate
• Any document bearing the NPI of each witness (if available)
• Any document bearing the applicant's NPI.
