Official secure copy of a foreign birth certificate concerning a Beninese citizen, registered in Benin's national civil-status file to give it Beninese legal recognition.

  • The birth certificate issued abroad and its French translation (if the certificate is in another language)
  • Any document bearing the certificate holder's NPI (if available)
  • Certificate of nationality, CIP, PASSPORT or CNIB of one of the holder's Beninese parents (father or mother).
