Official secure copy of a foreign marriage certificate concerning a Beninese citizen, registered in Benin's national civil-status file to give it Beninese legal recognition.
Eligible persons
Any Beninese citizen whose marriage was celebrated abroad

- RAVIP receipt or any document bearing the NPI of each spouse
- The marriage certificate issued abroad and its French translation (if the certificate is not in French)
- Any document bearing the NPI of each witness (if available)
- Any document bearing the applicant's NPI
