Certificate of non-registration of death

Preliminary document issued to users that allows them to ask the judge to authorise registration of the death by ANIP.

• Deceased's birth certificate (if available) or any presumptive document of death (death certificate, death attestation or death confirmation attestation)
• Any document bearing the applicant's NPI

• Decree no. 2025-679 of 29 October 2025 defining the practical procedures for derogatory civil-status registration of births of children aged thirteen (13) and under and of deaths.
